Your role:
Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit an additional Field Based Regional Sales Manager, for North of England (from Leeds including Scotland) or South of England (M4 Corridor , including London). You are expected to reside in one of these areas. You will be responsible for account management of a portfolio of established clients (40%) with a key objective of prospecting and developing new business (60%). The role is to sell REHAU’s premium product range to furniture manufacturers and various users of decorative melamine panels, primarily in the KBB/fitting sectors. Within the Furniture Solutions division, you will be part of a team dedicated to promoting the full range of products including edgebanding, acrylic and HPL surfaces, as well as our Tambour storage systems to a wide customer base. and varied. Understanding and interpreting a customer’s needs while taking a disciplined approach to prospecting, following up, using CRM for competitor and customer insights, and staying current is essential. abreast of market developments.

Your profile:

You already have experience in the interior solutions industry, with market knowledge of panel manufacturers and distribution channels. Additionally, experience in the manufacture, sale or distribution of edge banding or machinery that processes edge banding and decorative panels is desirable. Sales-driven and interpersonal, you enjoy personal interaction, know business plans and enjoy selling a product on its quality and benefits as well as its technical properties. Comfortable selling a high-end product to small to medium sized manufacturers and distributors with a network of contacts across the industry. You will be well organized, highly motivated, self-starter and accustomed to working independently. Applicants with direct experience working in a similar role for a decorative panel, edgebanding or machinery manufacturer would have a distinct advantage.
