The Interiors Production Manager is responsible for collaborating on all aspects of the interior and exterior elevations and design and construction process of a construction project, managing the workflow and reviewing construction plans to ensure that the project incorporates the appropriate finishes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing, coordinating and managing projects through all phases of interior and exterior elevations, planning of finishes and communication with contractors including site visits.
Manages multiple projects and clients.
Prepares finishing schedules.
Meets with clients, consultants, contractors and building officials on behalf of the company as required for the job.
Construction, organization, cataloging and management of the library.
Interfaces with representatives to keep libraries up to date.
Participates in business development efforts.
Collaborates with the architect and project owner in business development, client management and proposal writing.
Performs architectural drawings, renderings and design work.
Completes maintenance of the project manual.
Leads the coordination of consultants of all disciplines for assigned projects.
Supervises and monitors work performed by junior staff.
Plans and ensures that quality control reviews are completed and executed prior to submission of any deliverables.
Establishes and executes project work plan and staffing requirements.
Verify calculations and determine the adequacy of supporting documents.
Works closely with Founders to provide feedback regarding project management and deliverable schedules.
Other assigned duties:
Provides information to founders and project architect of The Brown Studio, Inc in design operations.
Job requirements: Education and/or experience:
Graduated from a school of architecture or design
5+ years of experience
Ability to travel as needed
Strong pursuit of continuing education

Know the design and construction process, applicable building codes, detailing methods and product specification methods.
Motivated by time and costs.
Excellent management skills (project and people management).
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead junior staff through a combination of direct instruction and subject matter expertise.
Communicates effectively with others, including giving and receiving feedback on the quality of services.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Demonstrated ability to interface and maintain effective relationships with founders, staff, consultants and partners in a team-oriented environment.

Advanced Revit Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Outlook, Powerpoint, Word and Excel.
Language Skills: Ability to read and speak English fluently.
